Bicycles must be properly balanced on bike racks. The rack straps must be undamaged and well-balanced. Use this crossbar to solve the problem caused by certain bicycle frames. It is essential for bicycles, especially women's bikes, and increasingly necessary for modern mountain bikes. This bar has hooks on both arms to attach the straps to the bike rack. It attaches between the seat and handlebars via a telescopic arm that extends from 400mm to 800mm in length.
