The Velec R48-i (i for LoT!) is a new, cutting-edge model in the electric bike industry. Staying true to the success of the classic R48, this bike will mark the beginning of a major trend.
Equipped with the new FTEX controller, a torque sensor, and a battery pack module, the R48-i boasts significantly higher range values at the same amperage as its conventional R48 counterpart. Pedaling and the electric assistance of the high-torque motor (500 watts HT) deliver a naturally powerful ride. The R48-i experience will be further enhanced by using the Velec mobile app.
The Velec R48 was designed for comfortable long rides. Its powerful 48V/500W motor tackles headwinds and steep inclines. Available in 3 sizes and with 2 battery options: 10Ah and 14Ah. Designed in Quebec.
