Bottom bracket socket with thin flange: designed to ensure a firm grip on the thin flange bottom bracket and prevent any slippage when tightening the cups in the bicycle frame.
This single-sided socket is used for installing and removing 48.5 mm 16-notch bottom bracket cups.
The socket has a machined 3/8" drive allowing the attachment of 3/8" torque wrenches and locks onto a 1/2" UNC press rod for simple and secure installation of thin flange bottom brackets.
